1. General Policy

At CablyCabs, we strive to provide reliable and transparent cab booking services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for bookings made through our platform.

2. Cancellation by User

Eligible for Full Refund

  • Cancellation made at least 24 hours before pickup time
  • No driver assigned yet

Partial Refund (50%)

  • Cancellation made between 6–24 hours before pickup

No Refund

  • Cancellation made within 6 hours of pickup
  • Driver already assigned and dispatched
  • No-show at pickup location

3. Cancellation by Company / Driver

You will receive a 100% refund if:

  • Driver cancels the ride
  • No driver is available
  • Booking cannot be fulfilled due to technical or operational issues

4. Advance Payments

  • Any advance payment made during booking is refundable based on cancellation timing
  • Refund will be processed after deducting applicable charges (if any)

5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

  • If payment is deducted but booking is not confirmed → Full refund
  • Duplicate transactions → Extra amount refunded automatically

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Delays may occur depending on bank/payment gateway

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Incorrect booking details entered by the user
  • Change of travel plans at the last moment
  • Delay caused by traffic, weather, or external conditions
  • Partial usage of service
